We are looking for the following position at our headquarters in Hechingen to start as soon as possible:
Your mission
* Project responsibility in sales and marketing with a focus on operational, administrative, and regulatory tasks, in a supporting role (no management responsibilities)
* Ensuring processes and documentation comply with company guidelines, quality requirements, and medical device regulations
* Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth processes and compliance
* Maintaining and updating the quality management system as well as creating and approving product and marketing documents
* Supporting product evaluations, customer feedback, and clinical-technical assessments as well as accompanying product launches, updates, and phase-outs
* Creating structured documentation for product files, audits, and compliance as well as supporting tenders and customer-oriented projects
Your profile
* You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification, or alternatively have relevant professional experience
* Experience in the medical technology sector or in quality management is an advantage, but not essential
* You are able to manage several projects simultaneously without losing track of the big picture
* You have strong organizational and administrative skills and work with attention to detail
* You are proficient in MS Office
* You speak and write fluent German and English
