Having a Ph.D. would be preferred. /p /lilip Several years of practical experience in the design or manufacture of photonic integrated circuits. /p /lilipIn-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, including but not limited to waveguide design, lithography, etching processes, and assembly and connection technology. /p /lilipProven project management experience, ideally with relevant certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA). /p /lilipExperience in applying work techniques, systematic problem solving and strategic thinking. /p /lilipAbility to align project goals with the overall objectives of the organisation and to consider the long term implications of decisions. /p /lilipAbility to motivate the team and foster a positive, collaborative working environment. /p /lilipStrong communication, conflict resolution and team working skills. /p /lilipLeadership and professional communication skills. /p /lilip Very good written and oral skills in German and English. /p /li /ul p Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: /pFriederike Kirklar-Harms
