Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Solutions Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients to ensure that the UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
You will also be responsible for continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis, including market developments and emerging technologies.
Additionally, you will be required to provide monthly sales reporting to management and MELCO.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
