Full-time (35 hours/week)
The role involves driving the implementation of key changes from HR strategy and processes, advising management on strategic HR topics, supporting leadership and employee development, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, harmonizing compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment guidelines, and maintaining strong collaboration with social partners and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Business Informatics.
At least 2 years as HR Business Partner
Basic knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, change management, payroll, and project management.
Fluent German and English.
Experience in large international companies, Airbus, and Workday is an advantage.
