YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Recognised career as top executive within the aviation, space and defence community, e.g. Airbus, ESA, EUMETSAT, Leonardo, Rheinmetall
* Strong understanding of project management and aviation, space and defence industry-specific regulations
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Ideally initial experience as interim manager or consultant advising on complex engineering projects and navigating industry challenges
