Job Opportunity: Project Management Office (PMO) Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the tracking of initiative progress and impact for our CO2 reduction roadmap.
Your primary objective will be to create transparency over the status quo and develop strategic initiatives that accelerate decarbonization efforts. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective execution of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation tracking dashboard, consolidating performance data and results achieved across initiatives.
* Track and analyze the progress of initiatives aligned with the CO2 roadmap, ensuring transparency and measurable impact through regular updates and dashboards.
* Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with teams to understand progress.
* Support or lead specific strategic topics, including the development and execution of initiatives that drive decarbonization efforts.
* Aggregate and formulate presentations on strategic insights derived from performance data or other ad-hoc initiatives for senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field serves as the foundation for your professional journey.
* At least two years of professional experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a comparable strategic role enables you to bring both insight and initiative to the table.
* Confident handling of PMO processes and the ability to craft impactful strategic presentations are among your core strengths.
* Knowledge of supplementary cementitious materials or alternative fuels is a valuable asset.
* Strategic thinking, a structured approach to processes, and a collaborative mindset enable you to work effectively across functions and teams.
* Fluency in German and English, with openness to international travel (approximately 10-30%).
