Job Responsibilities:
1. Directs Inside Sales Specialists who interface daily with:Direct OEM’sReferred OEM’sIndustrial Distributors / Channel PartnersEnd Users
2. Effectively collaborates with Regional Sales Manager, Channel Sales Managers, and Vertical Sales Managers
3. Effectively collaborates with Business Units and their respective Customer Care and Commercial Operations departments
4. Sets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales deployment to drive market share growth
5. Provides VOC input to Business Unit Leadership
6. Executes Business Unit Strategic Plans
7. Serves as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues
8. Manage each seller’s disciplined selling processes to attain quota: 1) Purposeful account planning, 2) Time and territory management, and 3) Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency
9. Perform annual review of account segmentation and account assignments. Deploy sales resources to effectively meet / exceed annual team and individual quota targets
10. Performance Management & Development of the team
11. Leverage KPI’s provided by the CRM and otherwise as tools in coaching sellers
12. Coaches, trains, and develops a group of sellers to overdrive quota
13. Fosters a collaborative and self-motivating environment in order to build a high performing team
14. Embrace sales methodologies as provided
15. Retains sales talent in the organization and builds bench strength in the organization
16. Interviews and hires new sales talent as needed
17. Manages root-cause countermeasure (RCCM) process
18. Trade Organization participation and leadership
Qualifications:
19. BS Industrial Technologies/Mech. Eng./Industrial Distribution or related field preferred
20. 10+ years of experience in the field of Power Transmission industry. Experience preferred in any of Regal Rexnords Vertical Industries. 2+ years sales or customer care management experience preferred.
21. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
22. Familar with CRM tools – preferably Salesforce
23. Ability to travel up to 20%
