* You drive revenue growth and market share for VESTIGAS by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* You develop and execute sales strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
* You take responsibility for the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal.

Qualifikation
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS-Startups and/or the construction industry.
* Strong negotiation and communicationskills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions.
* Strategic thinking and the ability to identifynewbusinessopportunities and developsalesstrategies to capitalize on them.
* Strong grasp of IT-systems and the interplay between different solutions, processes and APIs.
* Experience managing sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring.
* Excellent organizational and time-managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
* Fluency in German is required.

This will allows us to save >10bn € of costs and several million tons of CO2 in Germany alone.
