Job Description – EU Technical Team LeaderPositionTitle: EU Technical Team LeaderReporting to: EU GMLocation: WiesbadenResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all technical matters related to PCS (Power Conversion System) within the European market, including technology roadmap, product applications, system integration, and optimization.Build, manage, and mentor the technical team, ensuring high-quality project delivery and continuous capability improvement.Act as the primary technical contact with clients and partners, resolving critical PCS technical issues during project execution.Take responsibility for solution design and technical validation, especially of Front-of-the-Meter (FTM) PCS applications.Support technical evaluation and application expansion of related products such as EV chargers and energy storage systems (BESS).Oversee project planning and execution, serving as Project Manager when required, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.Track industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights for product improvement and new technology adoption.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.Proven working experience in PCS technology with strong knowledge of PCS operation principles, system design, grid integration, control, and protection.Familiarity with energy storage systems (BESS), renewable integration, and grid-connected solutions.Hands-on experience with EV chargers or related power conversion technologies is a strong plus.Experience in Front-of-the-Meter PCS projects is highly preferred.Solid project management skills; prior experience as a Project Manager for large-scale engineering projects is a plus.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus); prior overseas working experience preferred.Career Development & OpportunitiesTake ownership of the company's PCS technology strategy in Europe with strong influence on business direction.Work directly on large-scale international energy storage and renewable projects, gaining global project leadership experience.Collaborate closely with HQ R&D and international clients, with significant career growth potential.Art der Stelle: Vollzeit, FestanstellungGehalt: 2.136,67€ ,91€ pro MonatSprache:Englisch (Wünschenswert)Deutsch (Wünschenswert)Arbeitsort: Vor Ort
