Our client is a leading medical technology organisation, with over 10,000 employees globally. They are looking for a strategic and innovative Global Product Manager to join their high-growth team. This role will drive global product development and investment strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of a multi-year strategic product roadmap Act as the voice of the customer to guide innovation and product enhancements Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities and emerging market trends Drive cross-functional alignment across global product launches and initiatives Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Education, and Regional teams to ensure successful delivery Monitor product performance and lead continuous improvement strategies Ideal Candidate: 3 years of global product management experience with digital and software products in the med tech industry Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product strategies Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field; Master’s or clinical background a plus Strong communication, analytical, and project leadership skills Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organisation This position requires at least 3 days per week on-site in Berlin.
