The Global Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Consulting & Engineering plays a strategic role in driving global sales performance, expanding Bilfinger’s engineering and consulting footprint, and strengthening our position as a trusted solutions partner across industries. In this role, you will shape and execute the global sales strategy, advance the development of value‑based service offerings, and steer cross‑regional collaboration to unlock new business opportunities.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the global sales strategy for Consulting & Engineering, aligned with Bilfinger’s overall business objectives
* Drive standardization of global sales processes, governance structures, pricing approaches, and offer preparation for value-based services
* Drive global growth in engineering sales while achieving revenue and margin targets across all segments
* Promote the use of modern sales tools, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making within the global sales organization
* Manage the global sales pipeline for the business unit, ensuring consistent monitoring, tracking, and reporting through Salesforce
* Coordinate global sales activities by aligning regional sales teams and product specialists to maximize global business opportunities
* Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Consulting, Project Management, and Sales to deliver integrated value propositions
* Build, maintain, and expand global customer relationships, including support for key global account strategies
* Support digitalization and innovation initiatives within the product and service portfolio
Your Profile:
* Several years of experience in international sales or sales support, ideally in an engineering or consulting environment
* Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional, international teams
* High level of self-motivation, responsibility, and strategic thinking
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
* International travel required
