This role is pivotal in strengthening our presence in highly regulated and quality-driven markets, where precision, compliance, and trust are essential.Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to long-term client satisfaction, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the Fuji Seal Group’s global network.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical clients across EuropeConduct in-depth meetings with regulatory, technical, and procurement stakeholders to understand complex needs and deliver compliant, tailored solutionsLead RFI/RFQ processes, support the quotation process, and negotiate contracts in line with industry standardsCoordinate Project Management with production and Customer Service teams to ensure flawless execution and regulatory complianceMonitor payment flows and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionAnalyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisionsEnsure alignment between customer expectations and Fuji Seal’s operational capabilitiesRepresent Fuji Seal at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and networkCandidate ProfileWe are looking for a driven professional who combines technical understanding with commercial acumen.
