As the Sales Manager for Consumer Services Germany and North Europe, you maximize profitable sales through a portfolio of B2B & B2C Channels - like Service Partners, specific Key Accounts and Trade Partners and online sales channel, in line with the corporate given Strategy.What you will do:Maximize the sales execution and sales performance, achieving sales targets and margins in line with profit plan.Lead and manage your sales team of Germany and drive the North Europe commercial team, overseeing Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland).Develop challenging business plans and drive it to success; exploit and explore all sales channels within Company strategy and guidelines.The lines of businesses refer to spare parts, accesories, appliances and Air-conditioners.Lead scouting and prospecting of new customers to reduce the dependency on spares line of business by improving other lines of business.Manage the implementation of the product portfolio within the market channels & improve the product competitive position, managing best pricing strategies.Accountable for achieving the area budget and sales forecast, including generating weekly, monthly financial forecasts and make budget planning.Your profile:You have a Bachelor, preferably in economics or commercial business.You have +4 year of experience in sales management (preferably in one of the network channels or product lines).You are passionate about consumer household products and spare parts.You are extremely competitive with hunter profile, want to win and you are able to set priorities & meet deadlines in a timely manner.You are a team player, you plan to win & like being part of an international dynamic team.You are German speaking and you are proficient in English.You have solid experience working with MS Office (mainly excel) and/or G Suite.You are flexible & able to work in a changing & challenging environment.What we offer:A motivated team with an open, supportive work atmosphere.Cross-functional and international collaboration.Individual career prospects and professional development opportunities within the Group.Flexible working models, including 2 days of home office per week and flexitime. #J-18808-Ljbffr
