As a Junior Sales team member at PartsCloud, you build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales through real outbound work, real conversations, and continuous feedback. You don’t just observe sales, you practice it every day and get better step by step.
Learning the fundamentals of B2B sales
Understanding how outbound sales works end-to-end
Researching companies and decision-makers
Learning structured outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Supporting outbound activities and initial outreach
Working with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Gong, and Clay
Developing discipline, routines, and ownership in daily sales work
This role is ideal for students, graduates, career switchers, or early professionals who want to actively build sales skills. enjoy communicating with people and speaking on the phone in German (MUST) and English (very good to have)
Previous sales experience is not required. This role may not be the right fit if you expect learning to happen passively, want everything to work perfectly from day one, or prefer a fully remote setup. You’ll work with a modern and dynamic sales tech stack that enables you to focus on what matters most: HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM and sales automation
LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and social selling
