Job Description New Business Generation : Proactively identify and pursue Automotive OEM accounts independently and/or with go-to-market partners with a focus on driving net-new revenue for the HW and SW & Services platforms. Opportunity Creation : Use your network and insights to uncover unmet needs at the customer and transform them into tangible, long-term partnerships. Strategic Prospecting : Target key decision-makers, initiate high-impact conversations, and pitch innovative connectivity solutions tailored to Automotive OEM challenges. Pre-Sales: Collaborate with the go-to-market partner and establish a clear technical/product understanding of the customer requirements and Bosch products and services offerings. Deal Ownership : Lead the full sales cycle from cold call to signed contract, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Market Penetration : Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for assigned regions with and/or without an additional go-to-market partner, expanding our footprint in untapped and underserved customers. Competitive Positioning : Position BGSG as a top-tier innovation partner in the space of Connectivity HW and SW & Services by staying ahead of market trends and articulating clear business value.
