Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our business by developing existing customers, selling and expanding tooling and component solutions to automotive manufacturing clients (OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers), supporting execution of key projects, in particular in case of Global Projects and need for cross functional issues resolution. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, fluent in both German and English.

What You'll Do:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with actual customers. Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
* Voice of customer: Clear communication of customer needs or claims internally for Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.
* Negotiation: Lead negotiations on yearly volumes, pricing, and contractual conditions. Review new contract together with the legal department and the Sales Director before submission for signature.
* Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry. Develop strategies to penetrate deeper into the organization and expand the customer base.
* Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure all process flows are respected and started on time (contract review, debit/credit note, price adjustments, etc.).
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

* Mentor and guide clinical staff, fostering a culture of curiosity and growth.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, health coaches, and wellness practitioners.
* Contribute to clinical innovation, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
* Maintain thorough, compliant documentation using modern EMR systems.
* Pursue or maintain certification in integrative medicine as appropriate.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with exposure to big Tier1 automotive suppliers.
* Languages: Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
