YOUR MISSION
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
* Take full ownership of revenue (MRR), sales activities, and regional growth
* Act as a trusted consultant, analyzing client’s needs and challenges to deliver real value with the client’s solution
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular field sales activities
* Track and manage your performance using Salesforce (reporting & forecasting)
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Professional experience in B2P, Micro-B2B or B2B Sales, ideally within SaaS or Healthcare environment
* Expertise in cold reach outs, combined with pitching skills and a passion for closing deals
* High energy level, hands-on mentality, and a confident, professional presence
* Excellent communication skills with fluent German (C1/C2 level)
* Valid driver’s license (Class B)
