As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will work 100% remotely and be fully responsible for building and establishing our company in your target market (Poland or Italy). You will drive tomorrow’s Amazon advertising strategy with our local clients, act as a strategic advisor, and ensure the internal implementation of these strategies as well as maximum customer satisfaction. Residence in Poland or Italy is therefore required in order to ensure contact with our local clients. 🚀

* Client Acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential new clients in the e-commerce sector, particularly on marketplaces such as Amazon, in Poland or Italy.
* Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and leverage revenue potential.
* Consulting: Conducting needs assessments and presenting our services to develop tailored solutions for our clients.
* Strategy Development: Contributing to the development of sales strategies to increase our market share and tap into new business opportunities.
* Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and adapt our sales strategy in target markets.

* Sales expertise: Proven success in acquiring new customers and managing client relationships.
* Strong communication skills: Native-level proficiency in Polish or Italian, as well as excellent verbal and written English skills.
* Analytical skills: Strong ability to conduct market analyses and make data-driven decisions.
* Self-motivation: High level of self-motivation and the ability to deliver results even in a dynamic environment.
* Team player: Ability to collaborate with various departments to optimally meet client needs.
