We are looking for a sales regional manager for germany, to support our growth. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential partners.
Account management for strategic customers
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in Sales and customer success roles in the food and beverage industry, preferably with a focus on compounds and ingredients
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
Very good level in Microsoft Office systems (Powerpoint\Excel)
