Department Sales Location - Workplace type Stuttgart or Hybrid Employment type Permanent Your main purpose Drive business growth across Southwest Germany & Switzerland through strategic sales initiatives and strong market execution. Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives, local market dynamics, and customer expectations. Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients and partners to foster sustainable collaboration and customer loyalty. Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations to management. Represent the brand at regional trade fairs, industry events, and networking forums to enhance visibility and market presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry, with a track record of success in similar regional markets. Fluency in German and English is essential; French is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals.
